Do not worry if other people don’t appreciate you. Worry if you do not appreciate yourself. (Confucius)
Well everything starts with that, inside of you… the “vote” that we give to ourselves!
We often forget how much we’re worthy, remember that each of us is unique and therefore has to offer something exclusive. Every life is a miracle and then a success! ;)
Obviously sometimes it happens that others are mirrors of us and that’s why we see ourselves as others judge us… they’re wrong, believe me, we know the best of ourselves, each of us knows from where his successes and failures arise, each of us knows what the difficulties have conditioned their character and the decisions taken, and especially we know the satisfaction that comes from having always raised after a fall!
Therefore let’s go with self-esteem!
B: Buonumore (Good mood)!
The most courageous decision you make each day is to be in a good mood. (Voltaire)
A smile 🙂 this is the best way to start the day! You think you don’t have reasons to smile? The sleep blurs your positive thoughts? Your dog pulls you by the pajama pants because he wants to make her beautiful 6:00 am walk and you’re still in REM phase (with the runny nose)? Well think that:
He who sings the melody goes from joy, the one who listens, from the melody to joy. (Rabindranath Tagore)
In the shower, in the car, with friends etc. singing is a very liberating thing!Listen to music circulates emotions… it makes us feel better immediately. Singing helps to release stress because it has an effect very similar to the one produced by yoga but not only; in fact researchers have found that singing increases memory and boosts the immune system!
I close this tag with a very meaningful quote… See you next time! 😉
The happiest people don’t necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the best of everything they have (Kahlil Gibran)
